At Wild Ace Farm we care deeply about your experience from the moment you place an order to when it arrives at your doorstep. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your hand-poured candles reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging to protect the environment and to ensure a sustainable delivery process.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout by our shipping partners.
Local Pick Up & Delivery
Friends and family may choose local pick up. There is a 5-day window to pick up your order. Items not picked up within that window will be returned to our inventory; no refunds will be issued.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Wild Ace Farm candles but due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Our goal is to make sure you feel confident when shopping with us. We believe in the quality of our products, and if you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to make it right for you through a gift card or store credit.

If a product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the outside of the packaging showing any damage as well as pictures of the damaged product and a picture of the shipping label. Please email those pictures within 24 hours by filling out our contact page to arrange a replacement or credit.
